HOSPITAL CALENDAR

Active volunteers can waive the "1 volunteer event per semester" requirement to remain in good standing with the club. We do highly encourage you to attend the volunteer events but we understand if your prior commitments to school or the hospital are preventing you from doing so. Fill out the form below so you can waive this requirement. If this form is not filled out prior to the volunteer events, it will affect your membership status.
